Trader Allowances at MGM's Dolls House and Miniature Fairs.

We have noted that the increase in the price of petrol (and costs in general) may have made stand holders think twice about going further afield in order to participate at Fairs.

So MGM Fairs offers a Travel Allowance to stand holders to most of their fairs. 
         
This saving can help in several ways
    
 it can pay for extra petrol to get you to a venue further afield
     
 it could help pay for the overnight accommodation you may have to have

 it may mean that you would be prepared to give our  venues a chance, when you wouldn’t normally consider them, due to distance and timing.

This is how it works:

The first 100 miles carries no allowance but for the next two segments of 50 miles travelled,  a 10% reduction will be made off the price of our fair tables, giving you a possible  20% reduction on your table costs.

The mileage will always be calculated from your home address and relates specifically to each designated fair booked. For example,  if you live in Ascot - mileage to our Torquay fair is calculated, the first 100 miles are deducted. The remaining  miles are then calculated and for every extra 50 miles (or part thereof ) you travel,  a discount of 10%  is taken off the stand price.   This applies even if you are travelling to us from somewhere other than your home !

We shall be using the milage calculations from the MileMaster  programme obtained from the AA. So  distances will  be calculated accurately.

Any  discount is automatically deducted from the  balance of the table price payable on the day. This figure should then be paid to the organiser on the day of the fair. Cash is always acceptable but Cheques should be made payable to MGM .

Any late bookings may qualify for the Travel Allowance, at the discretion of the organiser  - A late booking is defined as being within one month of the Fair date.

Most of our fairs open to the Public at the reasonable time of 10.30am and close at 4.00pm, unless otherwise noted.
