Please note that due to the reduction of the number of fairs we are doing in 2008, we shall be requesting a modest deposit of 25% of the stand price for each fair. The remaining 75% of the  table price for each fair is then payable on the day. The deposit is held against cancellation and default on tables booked, but any non-arrival at our fairs or late cancellations will result in us sending you an invoice for the balance of monies due. 

However, if you are / or have been a previous trader with us, we are happy to roll over your 2007 Rolling Deposit, which can be apportioned to any fairs booked for 2008 and the balance returned to you.  All bookings and monies will be acknowledged in writing.  Please advise if you would like to roll over your 2007 Deposit on the booking form.      

Exhibitors must not knowingly bring to the fair or offer for sale any item that has been copied from the copyright designs of (an) other craftsperson(s) or that is restricted by contractual agreements elsewhere. Where legal action has been initiated in respect of such infringements the alleged perpetrator must not bring the item or items in dispute to the fair. The Organisers and the venue and their servants and agents will not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss of business sustained by any exhibitor whatsoever that may result from this or any other exclusion(s) of items that the Organisers at their discretion may deem to be prudent. Exhibitors should satisfy themselves that they are not infringing copyright law in any way whatsoever. Exhibitors must not do anything or display any item(s) that could bring the event or the organiser or the venue into disrepute.
